Additional Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Also featured in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
